Ground Beef

Our ground beef is 86% lean ground round.  We grind fresh weekly, then package in 1 pound and 1½ pound packages and freeze to insure freshness.  Great taste without a greasy mess.

Ground Beef Patties

Our quarter pound ground beef patties are pre-formed for your connivance.   They are made using our lean ground beef and come frozen in packages of 8's, 10's, 12's and 21.

Arm  Roasts

These roasts are great for those special occasions or a family dinner.  They are a single muscle roast and have less fat.  Toss in some carrots and potatoes and you have a great no fuss one pot oven meal.  Simple and delicious.

Chuck Roasts

These multi-muscle roasts are moist and full of flavor.   Roast in the oven with your veggies for a great meal.

Sirloin Tip Roasts

Another of our great roasts!  This tri-tip, boneless roast is perfect for a Sunday dinner with potatoes and carrots.  A  leaner cut of meat so add moisture and slow roast.

Sirloin Steak

Our sirloin steak is USDA Choice Certified Angus Beef  that is aged to perfection leaving it juicy and tender.  Boneless with just the right thickness, this steak is perfect for broiling or grilling.

Rib Eye Steak

Our personal favorite, this USDA Choice Certified Angus Beef steak is aged and packed with flavor. Boneless, juicy and tender, this is a steak lover's steak!

T-Bone Steak

    Filet Mignon and New York Strip packed into one great steak.  Our T-bone steak is tender, flavorful and perfect for the grill.  Our T-Bone's are USDA Choice Certified Angus Beef and aged to perfection!

Round Steak

USDA Choice for tender and juiciness. Our Round Steak is full flavored and very versatile; use it on the grill for a quick steak, in the crock-pot for a worry-free meal, or try kabobs!

Tenderized Round Steak

The double tenderized version of our USDA Choice Round Steak.  Great for swiss steak or a quick grilled steak. Lean meat so don't overcook.

Cube Steak

Our cube steaks are triple even quadruple tenderized USDA Choice Round Steak.  Great for pan-frying a quick steak sandwich.  Add onions and one of our special seasonings for a delicious taste!

Stew Meat

This USDA Choice Beef, cut into small chunks, can be used a variety of ways.  Whether it is for stew, kabobs or pan fried along with vegetables for stir-fry, you�ll be sure to enjoy it.

Soup Bones
